OTI CHEF has plans to participate in national and international gastronomy competitions as we have an ever growing team of professional chefs with ample experience and knowledge in the culinary fields.  As our main goal is the promotion of education and the preservation of our culinary heritage, we also have gala dinners throughout the year inviting prominent people to showcase how our young chefs can impress even the most sophisticated pallet.  Allowing people to experience our heritage in a modern or rustic execution bring back the roots of our culture and keeping the pleasure of the taste.
