Turn Artificial Intelligence into a practical development and time-saving tool. The program offers specialized, hands-on training in using the 7th Infinite Intelligence (7ii) platform to create and manage chatbots and automation solutions, without requiring technical knowledge or programming.

Participants learn to design, configure and implement chatbots and intelligent workflows, boosting productivity, improving customer experience and upgrading the efficiency of business processes. The program combines practical training in the 7ii environment with strategic AI applications for HR, marketing, sales, accounting and administration.

The program is aimed at professionals, entrepreneurs, HR executives, accountants, marketing executives and customer service officers who wish to practically utilize Artificial Intelligence and the 7II platform to automate processes, improve productivity and increase customer satisfaction. No prior programming experience or technical expertise is required.

Participants will be able to:

• Describe the operation and philosophy of the 7ii platform as a “7th Infinite Intelligence” system

• Recognize the place of AI and chatbots in modern digital business transformation

• Explain the basic components of chatbots (intents, context, workflows, integrations)

• Define principles of conversation design, personalization, and intelligent response

• Understand the principles of responsible AI and GDPR compliance

• Design conversational flows, knowledge bases, and automations without code

• Connect 7ii chatbots with CRM, HR systems, accounting software and websites

• Implement AI data analysis and automation through 7ii Modules

The grant from the HRDA is subject to conditions and requires 75% participation in the total duration of the program.
