For individuals with at least 100 hours of experience in adult education, who have not yet obtained lifelong learning trainer certification and wish to join HRDA Pathway 2 or 3.

Participants will be able to design comprehensive programs, assess learners with modern tools, apply active and digital methods, adapt teaching to different needs and promote participatory, inclusive practices.
